Hotel Indigo - Chester By Ihg

I had a fantastic stay at the Indigo. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station and shops. The staff greeted me warmly and were eager to help with recommendations. I enjoyed the spacious and spotless room, complete with excellent facilities like a mini fridge and a lovely shower.

Not one thing! 😊.

The location was central, easy by the canal. Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant. Had the standard queen room and it was tastefully decorated with a balcony.

The public parking was outside the hotel, good service. The room was beautifully presented and themed and offered a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making machines. The property was in a central setting close to town centre...

The huge shower and comfy bed made my stay lovely, and the fridge with complimentary drinks was such a thoughtful touch! I'd come back again.

The location was incredible, for example, Art was relatively close to the hotel. Had airy and stunning room with modern decor, soft drinks, the bar for a fantastic stay. The approaching and perfect staff accommodated all the needs.

The hotel beautifully blends modern comfort with historic charm. The staff, especially Joanna and Tim, were attentive, making my boyfriend's birthday extra special with thoughtful touches in our room. The location is perfect for exploring nearby landmarks, enhancing our family bonding experience. Despite a minor issue with the pre-authorization refund, we would love to return!

I got great value for my money with a stylish, comfortable room and a fantastic location just a short walk from the city center.

Breakfast option could use more variety in the hot items.

Consider requesting a room with a view from the balcony. it adds a lovely touch to your stay.

Breakfast was good and the staff were super friendly. The location was just perfect for what we needed, really close to the center. Room was comfy and nicely decorated, just a few quirky touches. The bathroom was modern with some nice toiletries supplied.

Unique room themes

The King Beautiful Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was spa-inspired with lovely Molton Brown toiletries. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

No significant issues, just a bit of noise from the street outside.

Fine stay with a twist!

What a beautiful spot! Loved the Chester Races theme in our King Room, super comfy bed and a bathroom to die for. The fridge had complimentary drinks, and the coffee bags were a nice bonus. Enjoyed the bar too! Just wish we had more than 1 night to soak it all in. The breakfast options were a bit limited though.

The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, and the staff recommended a nice Indian restaurant nearby. Make sure to check the nearby car park. It's just a short walk away and affordable.
